We've been wanting to take Evie to a movie for a while and finally made it happen. I was planning to walk around the mall with Riley while Joe and Evie enjoyed the movie but we decided at the last minute to see if Riley would be up for it. Since neither of the kids required a ticket, seemed like a no brainer!
When we got our seats, Evie said, "look how big that tv is!".
Riley actually vegged out on my lap for an hour with his bottle and then a snack. I thought he might fall asleep! Evie enjoyed the movie and snacks after things got underway - at first, she had a hard time understanding the concept of not talking as loud as she wanted.
Evie almost made it to the very end with Daddy - too bad we don't know how the movie ended! ;) When we all met up again, we went to the food court for some lunch.
When another kids movie comes out (the 2 week engagement of Toy Story and Toy Story 2, perhaps?), we'll definitely go again. Evie loved it!
