Aiden's new sister, Aubrey!Dance class was interesting - it became clear to me that Evie isn't used to a whole lot of structure. She didn't particularly participate and kept running over to me to drag me onto the dance floor with her (oh, much to my delight). Another two year old in the class followed along a lot better but her mom said that was probably because she goes to daycare and is used to following directions. There you go.
Evie has been getting more interested in playing with Riley lately - she likes to offer him things, tell him about things and sing to him. It is so sweet to watch. Joe and I were saying tonight that we really couldn't have asked for more when it comes to how she's reacted to Riley's addition to the family. Sure, the days of sibling rivalry will come but for now, it's so much fun to watch.

Dance classes seem like fun, even if she does not follow along completely. She will get use to following direction from someone else soon. People have said things like that to me about Charis but it does not take long and she catches on.
I can't wait to see her moves! It will be fun to see Charis and Evie together.
