Sadly, our friends had to head back to Texas (although I have a feeling the girls were happy to get back to having things and people to themselves again). We hope they had a good time - we sure loved having them.
Before we left for the airport, we explained to the girls that it would be awhile before they saw each other again and that they might want to give each other a hug. They were happy to oblige.
Joe may have hugged Kris goodbye but alas, we did not get that on film. ;)
